Yellow tuesday

Finding some yellow clothing in my closet, and being tanned enough, I decided to go all yellow todady... although it was too hot for the scarf!
but it's just the right time of the year to wear yellow - bright and sunny!

it makes my mood even better!

this weekend there was a festival in my town! so great! a lot of cool bands were playing, there was so much to do, theatre, movies, workshops, a market with handmade things...
and so many interesting people, so many with dreadlocks! and hippies...
I just loved it! too bad I went just for one day instead of the whole weekend! I'll do that next year! definetly!

but I didn't forget mother's day about that! I made a carot cake! I used only 'good' ingredients, like whole grain flour, organic carots and nuts and everything; fructose instead of normal sugar... and the result was quite satisfiing ;-)

It was such a great long weekend, so sunny! Way too nice to go to school! we're all having a hard time trying to focus on studying, it becomes harder and harder...

but only three days and it's weekend again!!!! ;-P

Locked-out barbie

Yesterday, coming home from school, having many plans for the day, I wanted to enter the wicked when my key broke! I turned it and it went like butter... I managed to open the wicked, but the key was stuck, and it's the same key for the front door, so I couldn't get in. So I sat down in our frontyard and waited for my brother who normally comes shortly after me. I saw busses come and go, but he didn't appear. After an hour, I went to a neighbour to call my mum (normally I'd use my cell, but I forgot it! only that day that I really needed it!). So she called my brother to ask him where he was. And guess what... after a few minutes, the door opened and my brother walked out! he'd been home earlier! so he'd been inside all the time! and I sat outside in the cold, in the rain... gosh I was mad! (also because I had rung the bell once or twice, but he said he didn't hear it)

But the weekend was really nice. Saturday I was busy all day. In the evening we took a train to bavaria to my cousin whose communion was next day. It was really nice, meeting family, nice mass, having a great lunch at a beautiful restaurant, great weather... to bad we had to take an early train, so we couldn't enjoy the sun that much.
My aunt had some old clothes for me that were too small for her. they were all nice, and lots of good brands (burberry...) but all not really my style. right now I'm wearing a polo shirt which is light pink. it feels weird, because I've never worn pink in my whole life, even as a little girl I refused to wear pink and purple. I was more into boyish clothes ;-) so wearing that pink polo shirt, it doesn't feel like me. more like a raspberry-cream-pie... or a barbie doll...

barely school

This was just a great week! So many teachers were gone on class trips etc (our class is going next year) so I barely had any school. Today was the best: just one period! So I spent the rest of my morning looking for an outfit for my cousin's communion which is on sunday. I found a few things and can't really decide.. so tomorrow I'll go and by them all and then ask my mum ;-)

My outfit today was colorful (like so often). I bought those red pants last spring in a thriftstore in Seattle. and then, about half a year ago, red pants came to H&M and now so many people wear them! but theirs don't have the worn-out tone like mine... ;-)

Me and my brother'll spend the evening at my dad's, so I have to leave now

Monday monday! today it was a blue monday

Mondays are mostly lazy days, because monday's the only day of the week that I just have nothing to do! :-)

Personal trainer

Other people pay tons of money for a personal trainer that helps them to stay in shape. Well, they just don't have a brother... My little brother loves to tell me to run "faster! faster! ... "
this afternoon, we went into the forest - me running, my brother on his bike. we did a lot of running but also some exercises for my arms etc. - well I did ;-) but it was a lot of fun! and way more effective than me doing it on my own!

earlier today we went to the zoo with my mum and her boyfriend (can you still call that boyfriend although they aren't quite boy and girl anymore? ;-) ) it was a total family day today. I love going to zoos. I could watch those animals forever!
my brother had the most fun taking pictures of animals - here as close as possible (he didn't use any zoom! imagine!)

it's such a nice day today! the sun is shining, the sky is blue, and it is warm (at least over ten degrees :-) ) haven't had that in a long time...

I wore my orange coat to school

Yesterday I bought those shoes. I just love them. The problem's just that they make my short legs look even shorter.. So I'm not sure about keeping them. I guess I'll keep them unless I'll find better ones... ;-)

something happened today I've been looking forward to for a long time: I finally got a locker in school! It's a very small one, and it's in the lockerroom behind the door the lowest one (so it's like the worst one you can get!) but I've got one! :-) on monday I'll take lots of stuff with me and place it there... and take postcards and cool pics to glue on it.. ;-)

The weather gives me so much energy. I've been wanting throught my shelves and closet for quiet a while . I think I'll start on it this afternoon.. like now..

Hello again

Hey not existing readers!

It's been over a month since my last post. There are quite a few reasons for that: when I tried to post the last time, it didn't work, so I was too frustrated to do it again. After that, we had springbreak and I was gone for a while. Snowboarding and skiing! :-D I love that!!
But now, the everyday life's got me back, and after two weeks, I'm bored enough to start on my blog again ;-P

There are two pics from shopping. the first one is over a month old and shows me in a dress that I've been wanting since already before christmas. but couldn't decide to buy it. so I'll probably never have it. but I got some pics of me in it. at least something, isn't it?

This one I took today. I had to spend some time in town, so I went into some stores and found this extremly cute dress in Zara. It doesn't even look half as good on the picture as in real. I just didn't dare taking more pics because my phone was making such a noise ;-)

We are looking for a new flat at the moment. Today we looked at a very nice one which was really central in town at a really nice spot, and the appartment was also extremly nice. It just didn't fit our needs :-( too bad... I just hope we'll find a good place to stay!

I'd love to move into town. but well, just have to take whatever comes...

Cleaning

Huh, it's already been quite a while since I wrote the last time :-( Just didn't feel like I had sth to write about... Last weekend I was gone for my friend's 18th birthday party and one of her friend's 18th birthday party - so I was quite busy ;-)

During the week, there was a lot of stuff in school.
On thursday, there was sort of an open day at the university, so I went there, but it was disappointing. I mean, I already know that I'm not going to study here but somewhere else; still I thought they might give me some inspiration about what to study... well, they didn't... it was more that I feel like not studying at all by now... but I still got enough time to think about that!

Now it's friday evening, but I'm not going out or anything, I decided on having a quiet weekend. I started to clean up my room and went through my whole closet. It feels like my closet is way too small, but also like I need pretty much everything! mhhhh...

I found that orange dress which I've only worn at the beach or at occasions like that. But I think in a combination like that, I could even wear it in town.

Well, I need to continue cleaning. My room's still messy.

And I wanted to take more pics, but forgot to charge my phone :-( so I'll do that tomorrow

I think I'll go shopping tomorrow :-) just a little... ;-)

Day by day

Days just go by way to fast!

After doing maximum weights yesterday, my body was so tired today, so I took a little nap in the afternoon. Then I had a doctor appointment, and I had to prepare a birthday present. So by now it's already after 9 pm and I haven't done any homework :-(

In Fall, I planted a variety of flowers in our little front yard. The first ones start to come out!

This kind is growing out of the grave of our dear guineapigs.

I received mail from the States! a late Valentine's day box! Such a great surprise!

(although I shouldn't eat that much candy ;-) )

shopping for the presents today, I also bought myself some golden nailpolish of which I thought would look so glamourous ;-) not really though...

at least it's a bit shiny!

well, as I told you, I still got work to do!

Long Day

Thursdays are always such long days for me! I'm never home until at least 7:30!

But I had some time to spend in town with a friend. We just walked around and found out that we needed pretty much everything - as it goes... Didn't spend any money though *proud*

I tried on some red shoes! It was such a great combination! (It's not that I always take pics of feet, it just happened this way! really! but doesn't it look just amazing??)

Beside my with love prepared fruitsalad for lunch, I treated myself with a Chai Tea from "Muffins" - so tasty! but although I always take the sugarfree one, I suspect there's still a lot of sugar in it. Why else would it be so sweet...

Raindrops are falling on my window. That sound makes me so sleepy...

I'll be gone for the whole weekend, be back on sunday.

New blog

Yeah, I just founded a new blog. It's not my first one, but I'll try to keep this one updated.
My blog is about lots of random stuff, just what crosses my way.

Unfortunately, nothing exiting happened today.
Except that I got a huge hole in my sock!

Hope tomorrow will bring a little more than that :-)
